Ingredients for 4 servings:
1kg fresh chicory
1,5lt meat broth
60gr sliced raw ham
lard
grated roman cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a big pot, let boil water and cook chicory, drain when half cooked.
Squeeze well to take out all water, dice well. Cut in sticks raw ham.
In a medium pan, brown chicory and lard, add ham slices, roman cheese, salt and pepper. Pour meat broth, cook fot a while and serve immediately.
