Ingredients for 4 servings:
- for pasta
300gr flour
100gr grated bread
water
- for sauce
250gr boiled beans
30gr butter
2tbs olive oil
50gr minced bacon
Minced parsley
Basil
Minced celery
Carrot
Onion
300gr peeled tomatoes
grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
In a medium pan brown minced lard with oil and butter. Add minced vegetables and let cook for 10 minutes. Add already boiled beans.
Let cook for some minutes more, pour tomatoes, add salt and pepper.
Lid up and cook for 30 minutes. Sieve flour on a wooden table in form of a small mountain, make a hole in the middle and pour grated bread and warm water.
Knead well till dough is uniform in colour, is smooth and elastic. Add more water if necessary. Divide dough in small pieces; wrap it up in shape of small cylinders as big as a pencil.
Cut cylinders in shape of small dices, prepare small dumplings smashing dough on dusted table using your thumb, let wrap them on their own.
Boil pisarei in abundant salted water.
When floating, drain with a deeper and pour in a serving bowl, season with beans sauce and abundant grated cheese.
