Ingredients for 6 servings:
200gr fresh ricotta cheese
100gr cooked ham
100gr butter
150gr liquid cream
100gr grated emmental cheese
100gr flour
1 egg
2 rolls of Pastry for salted crust pie
Salt
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, 100gr ricotta, butter, salt and set aside for some minutes.
In the meantime, in another mixing bowl, combine emmental cheese with remaining 100gr ricotta cheese, diced ham, cream and salt.
Combine two mixtures and stir well.
Cover an oven pan bottom and edges with pastry, pour mixture in and arrange well the surface. Cover with the second pastry roll.
Wet pastry edges with some water, fold edges pressing with fingers.
“paint” cake surface with beat egg and bake in medium heat oven for 30 minutes.
