Baked pork rib chops

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 rib chops
Rosemary and sage leaves, 1 clove garlic. All minced.
1/4lt dry white wine
Oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Pound rib chops with a meat pounder to level all surfaces. In a medium mixing bowl combine herbs mince with salt, pepper and with this mixture rub both chop sides.

Arrange chops in a shallow roasting pan greased with oil, pour wine and water till covered.

Roast is 250°C oven and cook till sauce is evaporated, reduce sauce.
Turn chops upside down to brown both sides.
