Ingredients:
Remaining boiled or roasted meat Enough eggs Enough cooked salami Big cabbage leaves Bread crumb dipped in milk Grated parmesan cheese Mince meat and salami.
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine meat with eggs, bread crumb, parmesan cheese, a pinch salt and stir well.
Knead mixture and shape small balls. Blanch cabbage leaves and roll meat balls with tender leaves.
Fry meat rolls in hot oil and serve warm.
