Stew meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr beef meat, diced
Tomato paste
Oregano, basil leaves
1 minced clove garlic
Red wine
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
In a medium pan, better if an earthenware one, brown meat with oil.

As soon as meat has all sides brown, add garlic, pour one glass of red wine and let evaporate, finally add salt and pepper.

Pour tomato paste melted in few warm water, oregano, basil and simmer covered for 2 hours, using very low heat, stir from time to time.
