Main dishes Recipes - Roast and meatloaf
Meat balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:
800gr minced beef meat
100gr minced mordatella
Enough flour
50gr grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
One pinch nutmeg
Few minced onion
Minced parsley
Oil, butter
Salt, pepper

Preparation:
In a big mixing bowl combine all ingredients together, knead by hands and stir well. Set aside for a while.

Shape small meat balls, sprinkle with flour and fry in a medium pan with hot oil and butter.

Fry well turning often balls till entire surface is gold. Serve warm.
