Lamb with olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:
12 lamb ribs 150gr pitted black olives Red hot pepper One lemon juice Flour Olive oil Oregano Salt
Preparation:
In a medium pan, better if an earthenware one, warm oil and hot pepper. Take pepper away and arrange lamb ribs lightly floured.
Brown well all ribs using high heat, add salt. Add minced olives, oregano and lemon juice.
Cook for a while and serve warm.
