Ingredients for 4 servings:
400gr pork loin 400gr sausage 300gr sliced onion 50gr butter Tomato sauce Flour Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a medium pan sear slowly butter and sliced onion, add salt and brown.
Melt 1 small tbs tomato sauce in warm water, cut sausage in 10cm length pieces. Add tomato and sausage into pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Cut loin in thin slices, flour and arrange slices over mixture.
As soon as loin slices are cooked, stir all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes more. Add salt, pepper and serve all with cornmeal porridge or creamed potatoes.
