Ingredients for 4 servings:
800gr beef pulp White flour 500gr slices onion 50gr butter Red wine or bier Salt Pepper Nutmeg
Preparation:
Dice meat, flour and in a medium pan sear with some butter. When meat is brown, take away form heat and sobstitue with sliced onion.
Simmer till onion is tender than put meat back, add salt and pepper. Pour red whine or bier very slowly.
Meat is ready when looks very dark. Finally sprinckle with nutmeg and serve.
