Milan asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1,5kg asparagus 4 eggs 100gr butter grated parmesan cheese salt
Preparation:
Cut asparagus stalks at same level, wash and brush well all dirty, fix all with a cooking rope.
In a high and tight pan boil asparagus, water should cover till half of stalks because asparagus tips should only steam.
When cooked drain and arrange on a warm dish with tips in the centre Sprinkle with abundant grated parmesan cheese.
In the meanwhile fry eggs with butter. When ready pour eggs over asparagus and serve.
