Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr minced beef meat
200gr stale crumb bread
150gr grated parmesan cheese
1 minced clove garlic
50gr suet
2 whole eggs
some stale bread slice
1/2 glass olive oil
4 spits
parsley
marjoram
oil
salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Wet crumb bread, squeeze well and combine with minced meat, parsley, garlic, parmesan and eggs.
Add some salt and pepper, some suet, marjoram and stir well all ingredients.
Shape oval balls 7cm long, stick with spits alternatively with stale bread slices (begin and end with bread).
Cut bread slices at same length of braciolette and arrange spits over a greased pan.
Add few pieces of suet and bake in preheated 180°c oven for 30 minutes.
When braciolette are almost brown, remove spits and serve over a salad dish (season salad with oil, vinaigrette and salt).
