Main dishes Recipes - Stuffed rolls
Meat rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr veal or pork steaks
200gr bacon
50gr butter
1 egg
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
Minced parsley
Grated parmesan cheese
Grated bred
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Pound steaks, make thinner and all of same dimension. In a medium mixing bowl combine minced bacon, eventual meat waste, minced parsley, minced garlic, beat egg, 2tbs grated parmesan and bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Stir well till mixture is uniform and spread over each steak.
Roll steaks and fix with a colourless rope or a wooden toothpick.

In a medium pan melt butter, combine with minced tomato and arrange meat rolls. Add salt and pepper and simmer using low heat.

When meat results tender watch the sauce: if too liquid raise heat and cook for some minutes more.
Serve with cornmeal porridge or creamed potatoes.
