Ingredient:
600gr donkey or veal meat
50gr butter
2tbs oil
25gr lard
1 clove garlic
2 onions
Rosemary
2 bay leaves
juniper berries
1 glass red wine
Meat broth
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a medium pan sear thin sliced onion with lard, butter and oil, add minced meat, garlic, juniper and rosemary.
Brown for 10 minutes turn often
Add whine, bay leaves, salt and pepper, some broth.
Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes more.
Serve tapulon with cornmeal porridge or boiled potatoes (boil potatoes, than brown them with sliced onion in oil and butter).
