Hot fried sweet-bread

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr veal sweet-bread 50gr butter Flour 1 clove garlic Minces parsley Lemon juice Salt
Preparation:
Boil veal sweet-bread in hot and salted water, cook for a while, drain and wash with cold water.
Dry with paper towel and gently detach the external pellicle, than cut in slices. In a medium pan, sear garlic with butter, take away garlic and pour floured slices of sweet-bread.
Sear both sides using medium heat, add salt, parsley and lemon juice. Cook form few minutes and serve.
