Fried pumpkin

Ingredients for 4 servings:
800gr yellow pumpkin White flour 2 eggs 100gr butter Milk Bread crumbs Salt
Preparation:
Slice pumpkin, remove peel and seeds, cook in a pan covered with milk, add salt.
When ready drain and sprinkle with flour, dip in beat eggs and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Fry pumpkin in hot butter, turn to brown both sides. Drain and dry with paper towel. Serve immediately.
