Milan liver

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr sliced veal liver White flour 2 eggs 100gr butter Lemon segments Bread crumbs Parsley Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Sprinkle liver slices with minced parsley, pepper and set aside for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, dip in beat eggs and sprinkle with bread crumbs, press a bit to attach bread well.
In a medium pan melt butter and fry liver slices, turn to fry both sides. Serve liver with lemon segments.
