Mantova cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 small cabbage 4 sausage (salamella type) 50gr bacon 1 onion 2tbs vinaigrette Broth Salt
Preparation:
In a medium pan sear sliced onion, minced bacon and sliced cabbage.
Add sausage –pricked with a fork-, 2tbs good vinaigrette and one pinch salt. Cover the pan and cook for 45 minutes using low heat, turn from time to time.
If necessary pour some water. Before serving taste cabbage and if necessary add salt.
