Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr potatoes 400gr green beans 50gr bacon 100gr fontina cheese 50gr butter 1 onion
Preparation:
Peel and wash potatoes, boil in cold water. As soon as water boils, add green beans (washed and pitted). Add salt and cook.
In the meanwhile, in a medium pan sear a sliced onion with stick bacon. Bacon should not dry too much.
When vegetables are cooked, pour them in the pan with bacon. Stir well with a wooden spoon, reduce all sauce and crush vegetable a bit.
Slice cheese and arrange all over vegetables, cover the pan. When cheese melts, turn off and serve immediately.
