Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr veal fillet
1/2lt Donnas red wine
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk celery
Sage, rosemary
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cube meat and marinate in a medium bowl with red wine, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, rosemary and sage. Set aside for 24 hours.
After one day, drain marinade and sear meat with fresh new wine.
Reduce wine, add salt and pepper, reduce heat and cook.
When meat is cooked serve with boiled potatoes or cornmeal porridge.
