Parmesan asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1,5kg asparagus 100gr butter Grated Parmesan cheese Salt
Preparation:
Prepare asparagus: remove all ground, brush white part, wash well and fix with an elastic or a cooking rope.
Cut stalks so that tops result at same level. Put in hot water, water should wet only half of stalk, tops should cook by steam.
Cover and boil 10-20 minutes according to asparagus dimensions. Drain and remove rope.
Arrange on a serving plate, tops centre toward Sprinkle with abundant parmesan cheese and melted and brown butter.
