Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr minced beef meat
100gr sausage, peeled and crumbled
Crumble bread, dipped in milk
2 whole eggs
Grated parmesan cheese
1 minced small onion
70gr butter
1tbs olive oil
Lemon juice
Cinnamon powder
Bread crumbs
Frying Oil
Salt
Preparation:
In a big mixing bowl combine meat, sausage, well squeezed crumble bread, one whole egg, one yolk, parmesan, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Knead well by hands till mixture results firm and uniform.
Shape mixture as a meatloaf, dip in remaining beat white egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Fry meatloaf with oil, brown all sides and than drain and dry with paper towel.
In a medium oven pan sear onion, butter and oil, place meatloaf.
Bake in 220°C for 30 minutes, brown all sides.
Serve warm or cold.
