Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 spiced pork sausage of 1/2kg weight.
400gr one slice beef meat
4 slices Parma ham
One minced small onion
Olive oil
Broth
Dry lambrusco wine
Salt
Preparation:
Prick sausage and dip in a full of cold water pan. Cook for 30 minutes.
Than drain and peel sausage.
Spread beef meat, cover with ham slices, arrange pork sausage in the middle and roll up all. Fix with a cooking rope.
In a medium pan sear oil an onion.
Add meat roll and brown all sides.
Add salt and cook with broth and lambrusco wine using low heat.
Cove and cook for 1 hour
When sausage is ready, remove the rope and slice. Serve with sauce.
