Main dishes Recipes - Eggs and omelettes
Sorrento escallops

Ingredients for 6 servings:
800gr thin slices steak veal
100gr butter
2tbs olive oil
100gr sliced Napoli salami
100gr mozzarella
Grated parmesan cheese
1/2glass dry white wine
250gr peeled tomatoes
Flour
Parsley
oregano
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Flour both sides of veal slices.
In a medium pan pour oil and butter, when hot sear slices meat 1 minutes per side, than arrange on a dish and keep warm.

In the same pan pour drained tomatoes, some salt, 1tbs oregano, thin mince parsley.

In a big oven pan greased with butter, arrange meat slices one near the other, cover with one or two salami slices, one mozzarella slice, one tablespoon sauce, wet with wine and bake in 200°C for 5 minutes, not more.

Serve hot.
