Seasoned cornmeal - polenta taragna

Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr corn flour "Taragna" 1,8lt water 200gr fresh toma cheese 150gr fontina cheese 200gr butter
Preparation:
Pour water in a pot, better if a copper pot, when boils pour corn flour.
Stir continuously and energetically to avoid lumps. Keep stirring for 40 minutes till cornmeal is ready.
Cornmeal is cooked when detaches from pot. Add all diced cheese and butter, stir to melt all.
Serve immediately.
