Polenta taragna

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr buckwheat flour 100gr corn flour 300gr soft Valtellina cheese 200gr butter Salt
Preparation:
Mix well corn flour and buckwheat flour and prepare a cornmeal porridge using 1,8lt water.
Cook for 30 minutes, stir continuously. Some minutes before end of cooking add butter.
Thin slice cheese and add to cornmeal porridge, stir a bit but cheese should not melt totally. Serve immediately.
