Valdosta chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1,2kg chicken 1/2 bottle chiaretto wine 1 stalk celery 2 carrots 1 onion 80gr butter Toasted or fried homemade bread slices Nutmeg or cinnamon Salt
Preparation:
Clean well chicken, dice it and flour. In a medium pan sear chicken with butter, for few minutes.
Remove chicken and pour thin sliced vegetables. Sear a bit and add chicken. Cook pouring wine from time to time. At end of cooking sprinkle all with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Toast or fry homemade bread slices, arrange over a serving plate and pour chicken with sauce and vegetables.
