Marinated anchovies

Ingredients for 4 servings:
600gr fresh anchovies 50gr pine kernels 50gr raisin, dipped in warm water 300gr sliced onions White flour 1/4lt vinaigrette 1/2 glass oil Salt
Preparation:
Wash well anchovies, dress them and dry with paper towel. In a medium pan, warm oil and fry floured anchovies, drain with paper towel.
Arrange them over a big dish and sprinkle with salt. Lightly fry onion, when almost brown pour vinaigrette, raisin, pine kernel and salt.
Cook for some minutes, then pour the sauce over anchovies. Before serving marinate for 24 hours, set in a fresh place-not a fridge.
