Valdosta trout

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 trout 200gr each 100gr butter White flour Minced parsley Cloves Salt
Preparation:
Dress and wash trout, cut in halves, salt and flour.
In a medium pan pour butter, cloves and cook touts. When cook remove trout and cloves and place in plate, keep warm.
In a medium pan brown remaining butter, add parsley and mix well. Pour this sauce over trout and serve.
