Lariana ocean perch fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 ocean perches (250gr each) White flour 2 eggs 100gr butter Lemon juice Bread crumbs Salt
Preparation:
Wash and dress ocean perches, flour a bit and dip in beaten eggs, sprinkle with salt and with bread crumbs. Press a bit to attach well crumbs.
In a pan warm butter and add fish fillets. Brown both sides and arrange in a warm dish.
Add lemon juice and let reduce the sauce. Pour this sauce over fish fillets and serve.
