Potenza stockfish

Ingredients:
1,5kg wet stockfish 1 sliced onion 30gr tomato paste 150gr pitted black olives 70gr raisin Olive oil
Preparation:
Dice stockfish and remove fishbone. In a medium pan pour 1/2 glass oil, sear onion and stockfish till brown. Add tomato paste diluted in few water, add also raisin dipped in warm water. Cover the pan and cook using medium heat. Serve immediately.
