Stockfish with cauliflower

Ingredients:
1kg wet stockfish 1 kg cauliflower Capers Olive oil Lemon juice Parsley Salt Black pepper
Preparation:
Wash and dress stockfish, dice it and pour in a pan with few water.
Boil for 5 minutes, turn heat off and cool. In the meantime wash cauliflower, boil it in abundant salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
Arrange cauliflower on a serving plate with stockfish pieces.
In a cup combine oil with lemon juice, minced parsley, capers, salt, pepper and pour over cauliflower and stockfish. Serve immediately.
