Romagna fish fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 fish fillets Frying oil Rosemary Garlic Bread crumbs Salt Pepper Lemon
Preparation:
In a medium bowl mix bread crumbs with minced rosemary and garlic, salt and pepper, sprinkle fish fillets with this mixture and press well to attach powder.
Fry fish in hot oil, turn to brown both sides. Serve immediately with lemon segments.
