Clams sauté

Ingredients for 6 servings:
2,5kg clams 1/2 glass olive oil Thin minced parsley 1 clove garlic Pepper Some dice of toasted bread
Preparation:
Wash accurately clams. In a big pan pour oil and sear garlic in. When garlic is brown pour clams and sprinkle with abundant pepper.
Stir and cook till all shells are open, remove the still closed.
Remove clams and filter sauce with a thin texture towel. pour this sauce back into pan, add clams and sprinkle with minced parsley.
Stir, warm well and serve.
