Ingredients for 4 servings:
500gr swordfish (better if the abdomen part)
Bread crumbs
1 lemon
Minced parsley
Thin sliced garlic
Capers
Olive oil
Grated roman cheese
Salt
Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl combine bread crumbs, grated roman cheese, few oil, capers, salt and mix well.
Cut swordfish in regular slices, wet with some oil and pour some mixture over each slice.
Roll them up and fix with metal spits.
Arrange rolls on a grill and grease with other oil.
Cook for some minutes, serve rolls with lemon segments.
