Rice cake

Ingredients:
260gr rice 1lt milk 100gr peeled almonds 30gr candied 1 whole egg 5 egg yolks
Preparation:
Boil rice with milk, add crushed almonds and minced candied. When rice is ready, take away from heat, cool in pan and let became firm.
Combine with whole egg and yolks, stir very well. Greased an oven pan, sprinkle with grated bread and pour the mixture in.
Bake in oven using medium heat.
