Ingredients:
150gr white flour 50gr soft butter 25gr sugar 2 egg yolks Salt Water Fry oil
Preparation:
Beat butter and sugar, add egg yolks, flour and a pinch of salt. Stir very well and set aside for a while.
Roll the dough over a wooden surface, cut in different shapes using a knife or cookies cutter. Fry Marvellouses with hot oil, not smoking oil, and serve sprinkled on with sugar.
