Desserts Recipes - Mousse and creams
Strawberry mousse

Ingredients for 6 servings:
500gr strawberries 500gr liquid cream 150gr sugar 3 egg whites 5/6 jelly sheets 1 lemon 1 small glass cognac
Preparation:
Wash and rinse, press and sieve strawberries, add lemon juice, melted jelly and cognac.
Prepare cooked meringue: melt sugar in few water and add it to very firm whipped whites. Cook using low heat. Pour strawberries mixture in meringue pan.
In a big mixture bowl whip cream, combine slowly with strawberry mixture and cooked meringue.
Mix gently with movements from down to high.
Pour mousse in a wet cognac pan and refrigerate for some hours. Before serving, tip over a serving plate and decorate as prefered.
