Chestnut cake

Ingredients for 6 servings:
500gr chestnuts flour 100gr raisin 50gr pine kernels Rosemary leaves 2tbs olive oil 1lt water Salt
Preparation:
Soften raisin in warm water. In the meanwhile sieve chestnut flour with a pinch of salt. In a medium bowl, add oil and water and stir till mixture is fluid.
Drain, dry and sprinkle with flour all raisin, add pine kernels and pour all to mixture. Pour dough in a greased low oven pan.
Cover with some rosemary leaves and bake in 200°C oven for 45 minutes or till surface is crusty.
