Schiacciata o Ciambellone

Ingredients:
280gr flour 80gr butter 4 whole eggs 4 tbs sugar Minced lemon skin 30gr baking powder Few milk if necessary Butter and flour for pan
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl mash butter alone, than add eggs, sugar and lemon skin.
Combine with sieved baking powder and flour. If dough results too firm add some tablespoon of milk.
Beat dough till detach bowl’s edges and pour batter in the prepared pan (better if the ciambella one with hole in the middle).
Bake in warm oven for 1 hour.
