Chestnut pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1kg chestnut 1/2 glass liquid cream 2-3 tbs sugar 1/2 dose baking powder Butter Grated bread Salt Liquid cream
Preparation:
Boil chestnut, pit and peel, mash with a sieve or a potatoes masher.
Pour chestnut puree in a medium mixing bowl, combine with sugar, a pinch salt, baking powder and 1/2 glass liquid cream.
Grease a pan with hole in middle, sprinkle with grated bread. Pour batter in prepared pan. Cook chestnut pudding in 250°C oven for 30 minutes.
