Ricotta cake

Ingredients for 6 servings:
200gr ricotta cheese
200gr sugar
200gr flour
6 tbs milk
1 dose baking powder
Sifted powdered sugar
Salt

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl combine ricotta, 5 tbs milk and sugar.
Melt baking powder in the last tbs milk, add to mixture and stir, add sieved flour too.

Grease and flour an oven pan and pour batter in.

Bake in 200/250°C gas oven or 140°C electric oven for 40 minutes. Never open oven door before end of cook.

Serve this cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
