Almonds cake tart

Ingredients for 6 servings:
150gr flour 150gr soft butter 150gr sugar 150gr thinly minced almonds (with skin) 150gr jam Salt
Preparation:
On a wooden surface combine fast flour, sugar, butter pieces, almonds. Use dough to cover bottom of a low oven pan (24cm diameter), cover with jam.
Garnish surface with remaining dough cut dough in strips and arrange pastry strips atop the jam, fold alternate pastry strips back halfway.
Bake in 240°C oven for 20/25 minutes.
