Praline-coated almonds

Ingredients:
125gr sugar 120gr almonds with skin 2tbs water
Preparation:
In a medium pan cook sugar with water. As soon as sugar melted and water is transparent add almonds and mix with a wodden spoon.
Take pan away from heat an keep stirring till almonds are well “dressed” with sugar. Almonds should became brown, right before candy.
