Fruits cake

Ingredients:
1kg diced apples or pears 100gr melted and cooled butter 100gr raisin 2 whole eggs 5tbs flour 5tbs sugar 1 grated lemon skin 1 lemon juice 1 small glass cognac or rum 1 dose baking power salt
Preparation:
In a big mixing bowl combine all ingredients, stir all till dough is uniform. Pour batter in a 24cm diameter pan and bake in 160°C oven for 40 minutes.
When tart is cooked take out of oven, cool before serving. If you use Williams pears add more flour.
