Desserts Recipes - Mousse and creams
Zabaione (beated egg)

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg 100gr Passito wine 50gr sugar
Preparation:
In a small pan pour wine, sugar, yolks and whole egg.
Cook in double sauce-pan using very low heat. Zabaione should never boil. Beat with an electric beater till mixture is creamy and soft.
Take pan away from heat, pour in individual small cups and serve warm or cold.
