Bonet

Ingredients:
90gr sugar 1 whole egg and 2 yolks 1 stick vanilla 1/4lt milk 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 50gr amaretti biscuits
Preparation:
In 4 small moulds –such as for crème caramel- pour one teaspoon sugar each. Cook for a while till sugar melts, when candy move moulds to cover entire bottom with melted sugar.
In a medium bowl combine sugar, cocoa powder, whole egg, 2 yolks and crashed amaretti biscuits.
Boil milk with vanilla, sieve it and pour it over previous mixture.
Pour this cream in small moulds and bake in a second sauce-pan for one hour and fifteen in preheated 180°C oven.
Take out from oven and cool. Help your self with a knife and detach Bonet, serve in small cups.
