Sweet fried dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:
100gr semolina 60gr butter or shortening or oil 1/2lt milk 1 whole egg 3 tbs sugar Lemon skin Grated bread 1 pinch salt
Preparation:
In a medium pan pour milk and combine with salt, sugar and lemon skin. When milk boils add sieved semolina and cook for 10 minutes using low heat. Stir continuously.
Take pan away form heat and add egg. Beat well. Pour mixture in a wet soup plate, make a 2 fingers high plate.
Let cool and cut solid mixture in shape of rhombus, flour with grated bread and fry in hot butter. Serve when surface look godly and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
