Canestrej biscuits

Ingredients:
500gr white flour 250gr butter 250gr sugar 100gr sweetened cocoa powder 50gr unsweetened cocoa powder 1 dose vanilla Grated nutmeg 1 glass red wine 1 small glass rum 1 egg
Preparation:
In a medium bowl combine flour with sugar, vanilla sweet and unsweetened cocoa and nutmeg.
Stir well till mixture is uniform, than add egg, wine, rum and butter. Knead for a while.
Divide knead in big parties and bake with greased preheated grids. Bake for some minutes over fire flames till canestrello is brown.
