Chestnut truffles

Ingredients:
20 chestnuts 100gr minced hazelnuts 50gr sugar Some butter Some milk Chocolate grains
Preparation:
Boil chestnuts, drain, peel and mash with a potatoes masher. In a small pan pour chestnut, butter, milk, sugar, minced hazelnuts and stir well till mixture is pretty firm.
Remove from heat and shape in small balls as big as truffles. Finally sprinkle with chocolate grains.
